ON THE GREAT MIAMI RIVER
Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Get on the water and reconnect with Nature. As the Great Miami River flows across the Land, opportunities for wildlife spotting, bird watching and fishing abound.
Let the sights, sounds and smells of the only National Water Trail in Ohio take you back to a time when all rivers ran free.
Have a little taste of the adventure that it is to let the River be both your trail and your guide. A few mild splashes may get your feet wet, but they will definitely refresh your soul.
Want to paddle by yourself? Prefer to bring a friend or two?
We offer single-seat kayaks, tandem two-seat kayaks, and canoes for two or three paddlers.
Want to paddle with co-workers? With the family? The whole neighborhood? You can! And for larger groups, we can also accommodate scheduled weekday trips.
Tippecanoe and Kayaks Too is a different kind of Livery. We provide a paddling experience focused on connecting you to the natural beauty and diversity of one of the most historically significant rivers in Southwestern Ohio - The Great Miami River.
Every day, a great many people take to local rivers for some fun in the sun. They arrive in big buses, each group with its own idea of what a good time on the river looks like. That’s not necessarily a bad thing - if you don’t mind the occasional loud boom box or getting stuck in the inevitable “traffic jams”.
We believe that the best reason for being on the River is the River itself. It is a living, breathing thing that presents an incredible variety of opportunities for relaxation, excitement, inspiration and wonder.
When you travel down the Great Miami River with us, you’re not just another person floating down the river; you become part of the amazing ecosystem that only rivers can create - the banks, the islands, the rapids, the settlements - and it gives you a unique perspective into all of those things.
Choose any boat as often as you'd like for a fun-filled adventurous summer.
Passes are for one individual only and cannot be shared or exchanged.
